Scramble Athlete Blue Gi

I'm 6'3", 190lbs, and I'm concerned that the A3 will be short (especially arms after washing) for me. Should I go for it? I always wash my gi in cold water and hang it to dry. I also think the A4 will be too baggy for me. Please let me know what you think.
